History

Amanda Montgomery currently manages the Trail and Hitch Hotel and RV Park. The property sat vacant for nine years before the current owners fixed it up to be opened. It was originally called the Wilderness Rendezvous. It never truly took off and went into foreclosure and sat vacant before Amanda and the Four Points Funding invested in the property. It started with just the tent sites and a few RV sites. Over time the property has been improved, and new RV sites and tiny homes have been added.

A soft opening of the new and improved property took place in January 2020, as renovation took almost the entire year of 2019. A yurt was just added to the property for more meeting space for visitors.
