History

Before the official founding of Sweetwater Creek RV Reserve—as it is known today—the lot was a mobile home park. There was some major flooding in the mid-2000s and the land was renovated and transformed into an RV park. Angie and Paul Bregande are the owners of the Sweetwater Creek RV Reserve and have spent every year since 2015 improving the grounds. They have always been interested in the hospitality industry and wanted to create a quiet place for people to rest after a long day in Atlanta.
