Mary explains, "Whenever we go to our conferences, we always check out the vendors to see what new things they have." Whatever ideas she finds at the conferences, she brings them back to use for her property. While Mary has made a significant number of changes to the establishment, she also mentions that there is constant maintenance to be had, such as having the trees trimmed and keeping the general facilities clean on a regular basis.
