History

The Collins were the original owners of Sleepy Hollow RV Park & Campground. They chose to start the campground in the year 1970. The camp had its 50-year anniversary in 2020. AlidaLee and her husband have owned the property since 2016, continuing the property's progress after the example of a few other previous owners. AlidaLee got into the camping industry because her husband was looking for something new to do at the same time as the previous owners of the campground were looking for somebody that they could sell the property to. With the timing aligned as it was, AlidaLee and her husband purchased the campground. Running the campground has led to a lot of hard work and reportedly comes with many long days, but the results are lots of people visiting their campground, filling up the sites available.
