The Rock'n E RV Park is located in Cold Spring, Texas. The park is placed in the center of a thickly wooded area. The Rock'n E RV Park rests on forty-one acres of forested land. The land has been cleared enough to make space for over forty RV sites. Thirty-two of them are pull-through sites, and eight of them have only back-in access. Each site can fit "big rigs" with multiple slide outs and include twenty, thirty, and fifty amp electricity, water, and sewer services. A picnic table, barbeque pit, and fire ring are located on each individual RV site. Tents are allowed at the Rock'n E RV Park as well, as the property does offer some primitive sites. Free Wi-Fi is provided to all guests staying on the property. Pets are allowed as well. A sixteen hundred square foot pavilion can be reserved for family gatherings, parties, and meals. Twenty-four-hour laundry service is offered with coin-operated machines, and two bathhouses are located throughout the property. Each bathhouse has restrooms, showers, sinks, and mirrors. The East Texas Piney Woods have over six miles of nature trails for beginner to advanced hikers. Bird and wildlife watching is common in the forest, and wildlife tours are offered. The Rock'n E RV Park is located two miles from Lake Livingston and Trinity River. Both waterways are popular among fishermen looking to catch largemouth bass, white bass, crappie, and blue catfish. Rock's E RV Park is open year-round. The summer months are most common among visitors, as the weather is clear and warm. During the summer months visitors will spend most of their time on the lake. The property is spread throughout the woods which provides lots of shade and cover for when its sunny, rainy or windy.

The Rock'n E RV Park has been in business since 2009. The original owner, Carl Ebbons, cleared areas in the forty-one-acre park to start the Rock'n E RV Park. Julia Jefferies purchased the park next before the now owner Leon purchased the land. In 2015 Leon bought the land after just having retired from his original career. He wanted a property to take care of and manage with his time from being retired. He appreciates the area and enjoys the relaxing atmosphere of the park.
