The biggest draw to the area is the Namekagon River. The business is a certified outfitter that allows them to rent water equipment and shuttle people to any of the 40 landings along the river. Equipment that can be rented includes kayaks, canoes, and tubes, which are available to everyone. Those staying at the resort and the public also have access to the shuttle service.

Three of the nine cabins are called The Cozy Cabins because of the bunk beds; these cabins accommodate up to six guests and have lofts and decks for visitors to use. All the other cabins, The Housekeeping Cabins, range from sleeping two to ten guests. All the places are equipped with electricity, picnic tables, fire pits, and charcoal grills. One policy for the land is that the staff asks patrons to not bring their firewood. The owners provide all firewood to visitors in order to ensure the health of their trees. The four Housekeeping Cabins have kitchens stocked with pans, dishes, utensils, etc., and they also have bathrooms, unlike The Cozy Cabins. The RV sites and cozy cabins have access to a bathhouse that includes showers and flushing toilets located centrally on the grounds. There is also a pavilion on the grounds that guests have access to with the option to reserve it for lunches.

Essentials, water shoes, souvenirs, things needed for the water, and logo apparel including sweats, shirts, and jackets are sold at the store. The business is pet-friendly, but animals must be kept on a leash and walk on the trails.

The season of operation is between the beginning of May to the beginning of September, with the Eagles Nest Cabin being the only site open all year. However, the owners have the goal of building and opening up more cabins during the winter months, making it a year-round business. The resort becomes the busiest after the third week of June and continues until it closes for the year. People staying here are from all over the United States, all guests ranging in age with a mix of couples and families.
Visitors typically come to Trego, Wisconsin, for outdoor and surrounding activities. Floating down the Namekagon is one of the biggest attractions, and visiting the surrounding national forests. The area also has nationally ranked golf courses, including Siren National, Big Fish Golf, and Spooners Golf Course. Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame, Railroad Memories Museum, rodeos, and the Lumberjack Championships are all events that happen near the resort. The Lumberjack Championships happen in July every year. A surrounding town, Hayward, is home to the annual Birkebeiner Ski Race and is said to have exciting snowmobile and UTV trails in America. When staying at the resort, Christy recommends patrons to eat at Prime Restaurant, Main Street Taco, and El Taquila.

The property has undergone significant changes and renovations since it first opened. a few changes that have been made to the property since Christy's time there include air conditioning being added to the cabins, upgrades in the amp service, all new septic systems, new equipment for water activities, and updated furnishings. Christy has set the goal to convert some of the campsites to full-service cabins and make it so the property can be open during the winter months. She believes that opening the business all year would provide guests the ability to enjoy all the activities that the town of Trego, Wisconsin, has to offer.
