The innkeepers strive to create an easy, convenient experience for guests. One of the things they do to help towards this goal is a contactless check-in and check-out. Though they don't often interact with the guests face-to-face, the innkeepers send texts and emails beforehand so that guests can have an easier time when they show up. However, in her time at property, Patty has made many changes. She has done a complete renovation, including but not limited to a fresh coat of paint on the walls, installing new windows, redoing the floors, putting in a new laundry facility, and updating most of the interiors of the units, such as buying new beds and linens. The owner has plans to expand the grounds and is even developing a parks model on the lot adjacent to the property.
