A few more beach attractions are near as well, such as Pismo Beach Pier and Plaza and Pismo Beach Premium Outlets. Both places are one-and-a-half to two miles from the RV Park, respectively. Several local golf courses are also within driving distance, including Avila Beach Golf Course, Blacklake Golf Resort, Monarch Dunes Golf, and the previously mentioned Pismo Beach Golf Course. Visitors can also try clamming, elephant seal viewing, or visit a nearby monarch butterfly grove. Furthermore, ATV rentals are available at Pismo Dunes, Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve State Park, and Sandbar Surf School. Finally, Grover Beach offers several places to shop, view musical performances, and dine. The manager of Le Sage Riviera RV Park recommends guests visit Fin's Bar & Grill, Cool Cat Cafe, and Rib Line by the Beach.
The Le Sage Riviera RV Park management wants guests to feel "safe, comfortable, and able to relax close to the beach, [and] welcome" while staying at the RV park. Management tries to accommodate their visitors however they can for "visitors to have a great experience while at the Le Sage Riviera RV Park." According to the manager, Le Sage Riviera RV Park is mainly known for its location, particularly in relation to the ocean. He also says the ease of access to the beach is unique among other nearby RV parks sharing space along the coast.
When asked how he would describe Le Sage Riviera RV Park, the manager explained that it was "clean, quiet, and offers easy access to get into." He adds that the atmosphere can help visitors feel relaxed. A guest once wrote in a review, "We have stayed here twice now, [and] I absolutely love it. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. This is our [four kids'] favorite place to vacation. [It's a] 2-min walk to the [beach, a good restaurant,] and about 2 miles from downtown Pismo." Another patron said, "We have stayed here several times and just love it here. Very friendly in the office. The maintenance guys are helpful and keep it clean. It's a short walk to the beach and food."
Visitors are asked to follow specific property policies while staying at Le Sage Riviera RV Park. Some of these regulations are given to occupants upon check-in. While the park is pet-friendly, dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Only certain breeds are allowed. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and check-in is at 11:00 AM. As mentioned previously, people may bring firepits, but they must use screens as well. Finally, smoking within 25 feet of the office or other facilities is not allowed.
Le Sage Riviera RV Park is open year-round, with peak seasons being from May 1 to September 3, while the low season is from September 4 to April 3. The management explains that guests' main draw is the summer weather during the vacation season. Management continues, saying most park visitors consist of older couples; they note that families and younger people frequently visit as well. Additionally, Le Sage Riviera RV Park receives several repeat guests yearly.
