History

Kevin and Angie Pratt are the original owners of The Green Acres Family Campground established in 2010. The land was initially awarded to a war general for his service, who sold it to be used as farmland for years. The property was then sold and turned into an Equestrian Training and Breeding Center. The land was subsequently sold to the now owners of the campground. The Pratts have put great thought and passion into building the campsite from the ground up for the past ten years. They got into the campground industry after camping as children growing up and camping with their children. They wanted to create a family-friendly place for others to bring their children and visit as well.
