Cape Camping and RV Park was originally a golf course for many years prior to its being turned into an RV Park. Dustin Richardson purchased the park in 2018 from its previous owner, who turned it into the RV Park it is now. Dust also owns The Landing Point and Aardvark Storage in Girardeau. The Landing Point is the second of the two RV parks in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
