About

The Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park is located on forty acres of land just a few miles away from Bryce Canyon National Park. The actual campsite only covers fifteen acres of the land. There are one hundred thirty RV sites and fourteen tent sites on the property. There are two different types of RV sites. The standard RV sites come with 30 AMP full hookups, sewer and water services, a picnic table, a fire pit, and a grill. Each standard site varies in size to accommodate sprinter vans, truck campers, truck tents, and RVs. The other RV sites come with corral and equine services for those bringing a horse. Each corral is 12x12 and holds one horse. Visitors can book as many corrals as needed. The most popular sites are on the 65x30 back in spots as they are secluded in the cotton trees separate from the standard RV sites.

There is space for guests to park a trailer and camp out near their corral. Equine facilities offer watering areas and posts for tying up horses. Trailers are not permitted on the tent sites, but each tent site has space for one vehicle and a medium to a large tent. Each site is on graveled land surrounded by cottonwood trees and has a picnic table, fire pit, and grill.

There are laundry facilities with five stackable washers and three buildings spaced throughout the property with restrooms and showers. There are also vanity counters, electrical outlets, and mirrors in each restroom. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park, an off-leash dog play area, propane services, and a large covered pavilion available for all guests to use. Additionally, a small retail store is located on the property where guests can buy basic needs such as firewood, propane, sunscreen, and snacks.

The Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park is located within an hour of five different national parks and four state parks. Visitors will take their horses out on any of the horse and mule trails on the property and nearby. Hikers can also explore these trails and walk along the Paria River flowing through the east side of the property. Four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended as most of the roads in the area are dirt, clay, or gravel, and flash floods are common from July to September.

Culture

Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park revolves around Western Heritage culture. The campground was created as a space for guests to have an authentic outdoor experience with modern amenities for a satisfactory stay. The property is known for its convenient location. There are five National and State Parks within an hour's drive from the property.

The owners Peter and Shery, aim to run a modern, clean, and safe campground for travelers to come to after a long day exploring local trails or nearby national and state parks. They strive to provide clean showers, large campsites, and Wi-Fi with the goal of creating a convenient environment and giving guests privacy during their stay. Most visitors do not leave the Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park during their stay due to the hundreds of horseback riding and foot trails throughout the property.

The property is a place for families, couples, and single travelers to spend time. The nearby Paria River is a popular attraction during the warm summer months among visitors for a refreshing place to cool down. One of the most distinct features of the property is the ability to bring horses as part of a reservation. Those who bring horses can have privacy with their animals in designated corrals near their sleeping sites, and those who rent tent sites have access to all shower, water fill stations, and laundry amenities. History

The land Bryce Valley Ranch RV and Horse Park is located on was originally private land covered in hayfields and undeveloped forest and desert lands. Peter and Shery, the owners, purchased the property in 2019. Over the past year and a half, they have cleared and created a space for each campsite, corral, and bathhouse. The property is scheduled to open for business in Spring of 2021. Their goal was to create a Western Heritage-oriented campsite for guests wanting to adventure on foot, on ATV's and on horseback.
